Doing a good job in cleaning and maintaining solid wood furniture can extend its service life. Consider the following points:
1. Use a soft cloth to clean solid wood furniture. Frequently use a soft cloth to follow the texture of the wood surface to remove dust from the furniture. Before removing dust, you should dip some clean water on the soft cloth to avoid excessive moisture. Do not use chemicals to avoid damaging the paint surface. Wooden furniture is made of natural materials that are prone to damage. When using it, avoid collision and impact. When using it, avoid dragging or sliding documents or any items on the surface of wooden products, as well as placing heavy objects for a long time to avoid grinding marks or indentation;
2. Pay attention to maintaining solid wood furniture at a suitable humidity. When using solid wood furniture in a relatively dry environment, manual humidification measures should be taken. For example, regularly wipe furniture with a soft cloth soaked in water or use an indoor humidifier;
3. Waxing solid wood furniture. Wax the furniture regularly, applying a layer of paste wax every 6-12 months. Before waxing, the old wax should be wiped off with mild non alkaline soapy water;
